The manor Hagsholm, today spelled ’Haxholm', is located about 20 km west of the town of Hadsten. The manor now holds a one-wing main building and a four-winged home farm. Hagsholm was owned by the welknown nobleman Manderup Parsberg, and from 1672 to 1924 it was included under Counts of Frijsenborg. Most recently, Hagsholm been associated with one of Queen Margrethe II’s (1964-) chamber lady Ulla Gowertz Obel.
